If you have a lot of supplies & equipment
you
may want to bring a cart or dolly. There isn't always
one available. You are responsible for all
table/chair/other set up for your event
1. Enter building on north side, through double doors
2. Walk across the carpeted lobby to
the tiled area,
take a left after the men's restroom sign and
the auditorium is through the double doors

1. No glitter. Cover tables if
you're using paint or glue
2. There eye-bolts up
high on all 4 walls. These are 10'
off the ground so bring a ladder
3. The hook at the
top center of the room can hold quite a
bit of downward weight, but very little sideways weight. It
is 16.5' high so bring a ladder or a long stick/pole
4. Do not screw anything into walls
or doors. If tape
is used it needs to be non-residue gaffers tape
5. DO NOT bring any
chairs into this room from the
hallway rooms. Only newer chairs belong in auditorium
6. There are long
tables under the platform on carts.
There are round tables in the chair room next door,
but you need to pre-arrange to use these as this
area is normally locked
7. As explained in
the sign up form, there is no heating
